In 2013, Laborgh was instructed by an investor to find an outstanding building in central Berlin, which is also known as a symbol for the capital’s industrialization. The former imperial post office in Mitte, a historical monument from 1881, reflects this part of Berlin's history more than any other building.

Upon agreement of acquisition, we have been entrusted with the project development and management for the authentic restoration of the listed building.
