Laborgh Investment GmbH is a project development company based in Berlin. Laborgh is a joint venture between Reggeborgh Investment und Management GmbH and the Berlin entrepreneur Florian Lanz. Laborgh acquires, develops, realizes and markets residential real estate in Berlin and the surrounding area as well as in international metropolises. We support companies, which would like to present themselves and their success in the capital, with the search for exclusive properties and the realization of enterprise real estates. The focus is on new buildings, the revitalisation of existing buildings and the refurbishment of listed properties.

In residential construction, Laborgh concentrates on sustainable projects for affordable rental housing, which will be implemented promptly. The exit can be designed flexibly, but our goal is to place the projects globally on a turnkey basis.
