Flushing Grand Development, New York

The approx. 2106.5 m² site, located in the heart of the Brooklyn Tech Triangle, was found by Laborgh for Professor Hans Georg Näder, owner of the Otto Bock medical technology company. The aim was to develop and revitalise a landmark development in Brooklyn directly opposite the Brooklyn Navy Yard.

The Brooklyn Navy Yard is a historic shipyard and a showcase for the viability and positive impact of modern, urban industrial development. With over 400 companies and more than 7,000 employees, the area is one of the top development areas in New York City.

Laborgh is responsible for project development, project control and project management for this exciting construction project.
