Dealing with a wide range of different challenges is our day to day business in real estate project development. With passion, we create a unique project out of the individual parameters location, concept and capital – focused on ideal technical and economic determinants.

For residential developments, Laborgh focuses on sustainable projects in the affordable housing market. In 2017, 274 residential units with approx. 19,150 m² of living space have already been completed for the municipal housing companies HOWOGE and Stadt und Land.

Laborgh is also developing new company locations in Berlin for various large enterprises such as Ottobock, Biotronik or the Zweirad-Center Stadler.
